Glencoe Kids Carnival
May 16 | 5:30-7:30pm | Central School 
 
 
 
Wristbands may be purchased online through May 15 at 8pm and then for $30 at the door.
  
Join us for a fun, family-friendly event!
 
Event includes:

  • Food trucks (not included in price of wristband)
Wristbands:
  • REQUIRED for kids ages 3+ to participate in carnival activities
  • Not required for adults.
  • $25/wristband before 11:59pm May 16
  • $30/wristband at the door (only VENMO and exact cash accepted)
  • You may choose to have wristbands and raffle tickets delivered to your child's classroom if ordered before May 10.
Raffle Tickets:
  • Sold in packs of 10 for $10
  • Raffle items include teacher experiences and donations from local businesses
  • Prizes will be raffled individually and pulled after the event. Winners will be notified by May 20.
Know Before You Go: 
  • The purchase of a wristband assumes agreement with the following waiver from Record-A-Hit for use of inflatables and other large games: Record-A-Hit waiver

  • Wristbands
    • Orders placed prior to May 10: Wristbands and raffle tickets will be delivered to your child's classroom the week of May 12 if you choose (preferred delivery method). You may also choose to pick up at will call.
    • Orders placed May 11-May 15: Pick up wristbands and raffle tickets at will call on May 16 beginning at 5:30pm.
    • At the event: Only EXACT cash or Venmo will be accepted for wristband and raffle ticket payments.
    • Every child the age of 3+ requires a wristband to participate at the carnival (including inflatables, games, balloon animals, etc).

  • THIS IS NOT A DROP-OFF EVENT: parents/guardians must accompany ALL children.

  • No pets allowed.

  • The event will take place rain or shine. In case of inclement weather, the carnival will be held in the Central School gyms.

  • No refunds or exchanges.
